Order processing states
Find out the rules governing the progress of the order
In case of purchase / sale / rental of a product within the Market, the order will follow the following stages of progress:
It is displayed when the order procedure and related payment, carried out within the Application, are successful. Therefore, upon confirmation of the order, the buyer will be immediately charged for the value paid in DTCoin. It is understood that the DTCoins of the payment made will be held and managed by DTSHOP ltd according to the progress described in this page and credited to the seller’s Wallet only following confirmation of the Concluded Status
The Seller User has 4 days, starting from the date of receipt of the order, to ship the product and change the status> from Ordered to Shipped. If 4 days have elapsed without the selling User having shipped the product, the latter will receive an email and notification of reminder to ship the product or to change the status from Ordered to Shipped in the event that the product has already been actually shipped. . After 7 days from the date of receipt of the order without the Seller User having proceeded with the shipment, the order will be canceled and the DTCoins credited back to the Buyer’s Wallet. Taking into account that the shipment could be carried out using a specialized courier or postal service, it is advisable, in relation to the value of the product for sale or rental, a guaranteed shipment that responds in case of damage due to transport;
The purchasing user confirms that the product has been delivered and accepted. Upon receipt of the product, the Purchasing User must change the status> from Shipped to Confirm delivery. Furthermore, if the product conforms to what was ordered and therefore free from obvious defects, you must click on Accepted. Upon the occurrence of this condition / status, DT SHOP ltd will credit the DTCoin in the Seller User’s Wallet.
It is understood that, within the aforementioned phases, DT SHOP ltd will not be involved in any way and, as an intermediary, disclaims any responsibility in this regard, for any reason whatsoever.
In the event that the product has been delivered, but not accepted and is contested by the purchasing User, the so-called phase of the Contested State. The dispute must provide for a real problem, as if the product received no longer pleases the Buyer User or the latter has simply changed his mind, he will not be allowed to cancel the purchase / order. Instead, in the event of a justified dispute, the Purchasing User must immediately change the state> from Confirm delivery to Contested! and, using the appropriate function in the Application, write to the Seller User indicating the objective reasons for the dispute, which may be:
• Product not compliant with the advertisement: a product clearly different from the image and related description published on the Seller User page;
- Damaged product: if the product arrives damaged, even if the damage was caused by transport;
- Product affected by obvious defects: when a product, just delivered, has serious and immediately recognizable defects, even without a careful examination of the product itself and without the use of special knowledge;
- Never received: the product has not arrived, due to non-shipment, loss or theft.
In the aforementioned case of reasoned dispute, it will also be the buyer’s responsibility to contact the seller directly and check if the conditions exist to reach an amicable solution to the matter. It is understood that, during the entire dispute management phase, DT SHOP ltd will not be involved in any way and, as an intermediary, disclaims any responsibility in this regard, for any reason whatsoever.
If the seller and buyer have not found a solution to the dispute, the order will be canceled and the management of the Returned Status will proceed. The buyer will have to change the status> from disputed to returned. Buyer and seller must also agree on the methods and costs of returning the return. Upon receipt of the product, the seller will change the status of the order from Redelivered to Completed, the product then returns to the seller’s availability and DT SHOP ltd will credit the DTCoins in the buyer’s wallet.
From the date of the status change from disputed to return, the buyer of a product for sale has 7 days to return and deliver the product to the seller. If this does not happen, the transaction will be considered concluded / successful and DT SHOP ltd will credit the DTCoins in the seller’s Wallet and the buyer will not see the DTCoins re-credited in their Wallet, without prejudice to the right of DT SHOP ltd. to block / remove the User’s Account and terminate the Agreement.
In case of management of the Return of a rental product, the renting User still has 7 days to return and deliver the product to the renting User, but if this does not happen, the rental will not be considered concluded and the renter can do recourse to all legal instruments designed to forcefully terminate the rental and request compensation for damage suffered, without prejudice to the right of DT SHOP ltd to block / remove the User’s Account and terminate the Contract.
It is also understood that DT SHOP ltd will not be involved in any way in the aforementioned returns management phases and, as an intermediary, declines all responsibility in this regard, for any reason whatsoever.
